By accessing or using our website, browsing our products, submitting an inquiry, requesting a price, contacting our sales team, or visiting our showroom, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. General Information

Exotic Home Furniture is a furniture business based in Houston, Texas. Our website is designed as an online furniture catalog that allows customers to browse furniture collections, view product images, check general product information, and request pricing or availability from our sales team.

The website is not intended to function as a direct checkout or online payment store unless specifically stated. Product prices, availability, colors, dimensions, delivery options, financing options, and promotions may vary and must be confirmed directly with our sales team.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, including browsing furniture products, viewing collections, contacting our team, requesting prices, and learning more about our business.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the website’s functionality, security, performance, or content.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, modify, distribute, or use any content, product images, logos, designs, text, or layout from this website for commercial purposes without written permission from Exotic Home Furniture.

3. No refunds. All purchases are final.

4. 35% Cancel Fee of total amount.

5. No exchanges on any order.

6. Exchange is not permitted after delivery.

7. Store or Driver are not responsible for clean-up; garbage, old furniture removal in customer house.

8. Buyer is responsible for all measurements. Buyer must pay a fee of $150 for disassembling or adjusting each piece that does not fit in Buyer home doors such as main entrance, elevator, hallways, etc.

9. Buyer must pay an additional $25 per floor after the 2nd Floor in case walk up is necessary.

10. Delivery subject to change without notice. If delivery is scheduled and canceled by customer a $150 charge will be added for rescheduling.

11. Floor sample (as is) goods, store not responsible for any kind of damage to good during delivery or pick up.

12. Complaints are waived if not reported in writing to the above address by certified mail or registered mail within 72 hours of delivery.

13. No Warranty.

14. Layaway Six Months Only. After 6 Months No REFUND or CREDIT will be issued.

15. Force Majeure

Exotic Home Furniture is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, shipping delays, weather, natural disasters, labor issues, transportation problems, customs delays, power outages, system failures, pandemics, government actions, or other unexpected events.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
